Overview
At Mira Photo Kit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, we do allow returns or exchanges in the event of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags/accessories
The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that show signs of use or tampering
Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:
Your full name and contact number
Order number
Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved, we will coordinate a pickup or provide instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are covered by Mira Photo Kit only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Exchanges
If your return is approved, you may choose to receive:
A replacement product (same item)
Refunds
We do not offer refunds as our payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).
Late or Missing Return Requests
Return requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if you notice any issues.
